    • Email sent to employees on their birthday with a choice of checklist (15, 10, 5 years, or 1 year to retirement)

    • Research driven educational pre-and-at retirement content, supported with videos and modellers (as appropriate)
  • Access to our expert service, Pension Potential, to help employees maximise their pension pot’s potential. From the hub employees can:

    • Regulated financial planner available for half a day delivering virtual personal guidance sessions with employees
    • Timed after the retirement webinar, so employees are empowered with knowledge and questions

    • To introduce the service to employees and outline how Aspire to Retire can help

  • Additional data refresh offered
    • Two data refreshes offered every year to capture the latest employee information
