At times of crisis, some organisations’ knee-jerk reaction is to cut back on employee benefits to reserve capital and protect jobs.

However, these decisions hold huge ramifications for workplace culture and employee wellbeing - and can have a huge impact on talent management and retainment as businesses recover.

Organisations that maintain, or even develop, their employee wellbeing strategies are now becoming more appealing as we head back into the workplace, yet financial wellbeing is often left out of this offering.
