The Midlife Review is out now - here's how to get your hands on a free copy

I’ve been talking about my new book for a while….

And now it’s here!

It’s called The Midlife Review: A Guide to Work, Wealth and Wellbeing…

…and it’s all about the “strategy sessions” you can hold for your staff in their late 40s and 50s, to help them maximise their potential pre-retirement whilst giving your own company a powerful competitive advantage.

I want as many people as possible to read it…

…so even though it’s being sold on Amazon, I’d like to give you a complimentary copy.

All you need to do is fill out this very brief form. Due to the coronavirus crisis, it may be a while before we are able to get it to you - but rest assured, we'll let you know as soon as it's on it's way.

Why did I write this book?

I wrote The Midlife Review because it became clear to me that people in their late 40s and 50s may have 15-20 (or more) years left in the workplace – but very often, they are left struggling.

They may feel like their career has come to a halt, their needs and interests have changed, and they may face new external pressures like the need to care for elderly parents.

For the employees that are dealing with these issues, it can be difficult for them to maximise their potential in the workplace and in their personal lives…

…and of course, it comes at a heavy cost to the companies employing them.

The Midlife Review shows how companies can help their staff formulate a plan to navigate these years, so they can continue being productive, and lead fulfilling lives, for as long as possible before retirement.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

>> The 3 areas every good Midlife Review should cover. It’s not just about pension planning… far from it!

>> The crucial questions your staff members need to consider in the decades before their retirement. They’re great questions for you to ask yourself, too!

>> Why launching a Midlife Review makes business sense (and how it can change the life of your staff for the better)

>> How to get started designing your own Midlife Review programme – get lots of practical advice!

>> Detailed case studies of other companies who have successfully rolled out the Midlife Review, including Aviva and Legal & General

>> Real-life stories of staff members who have been through the Midlife Review process. Find out how it changed their lives – and benefited their employers as well

>> A section for your staff members, to get them started on thinking about their goals for their final years of work

…and more! I hope you enjoy reading - and please do let me know what you thought, by leaving a review on Amazon.
