Punter Southall Aspire are delighted to share that Managing Director Alan Morahan has been named as a Not A Red Card Finalist, recognising his hard work to support and improve people’s mental health and wellbeing at work.

The Not A Red Card Awards celebrate organisations and individuals that have developed and implemented best practice when it comes to mental health provision in the workplace. The awards, run by Legal & General, are currently in their third year.

Alan is Managing Director of Employee Benefits Consulting at Punter Southall Aspire. Through his own individual efforts, as well as his leadership of the Punter Southall Aspire internal Mental Health team, Alan has worked hard to embed mental wellbeing into Punter Southall Aspire's business culture - creating a working environment where colleagues feel empowered and supported.

During a year where lockdown and a pandemic have meant mental health has been tested more strongly than ever, Alan has been visible and vocal in his dedication to championing employee mental wellness.

Winners will be announced at the 2020 Not A Red Card Forum and Awards on Wednesday 4 November.
