Jon has over 30 years’ experience in advising and guiding organisations on their employee benefit programmes. He specialises in helping organisations through the change and implementation of benefit solutions that overcome their particular challenges.
This detailed knowledge of various benefit types has enabled him to help clients determine the right balance of savings, protection and other workplace benefits to maximise value from their benefits budget.
