Andrew is the Principal in the Birmingham office of Punter Southall Aspire where he is responsible for a portfolio of existing clients and also the development of the service provided. He has an MBA, a degree in Financial Services, and holds the Investment Management Certificate and CertPFS, as well as being an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
Nick has worked in the pensions industry since graduating from Edinburgh University in 1985, and as such has gathered considerable knowledge and expertise in the employee benefit field, particularly in relation to legislative developments which have moved at great pace over the last few years.
Nick has significant experience of a variety of different pensions environments encompassing provider, industry, and consultancy work, before joining Punter Southall in January 2007. Nick heads up the Punter Southall Aspire team in Scotland, working alongside colleagues from other specialist areas of Punter Southall and as such has extensive experience of both the occupational and contract based pension environments.
Jane is the Principal running and developing Aspire Retirement Services. She has worked from the York office for the past two years and along with her team she services existing clients whilst developing new ones throughout the UK.
Jane's view is that, since the introduction of the pension freedom legislation in April 2015, clients are demanding better solutions and advice around retirement planning options for their employees. She is keen to help members of pension schemes improve their retirement outcomes from an extensive choice of retirement options.
Gavin has worked in financial services for eighteen years, and first joined the Punter Southall Group in 2003.
As Principal in our Guildford team, he is responsible for a portfolio of clients and works with a broad range of employers covering areas such as scheme design and implementation, governance and communication options.
Gavin is closely involved with the ongoing development of Punter Southall Aspire’s governance proposition and member communication programme.
