Mark Bowen

Principal, North East England

Mark is our Principal in the North-East of England, having joined our York office in 2014. Mark has a wealth of experience and has been involved in financial services since 1988.

Mark has responsibility for a portfolio of clients, across all sectors, including both corporate and trustee appointments.

Andy Constantinou

Principal, DC Consulting

Andy is the Principal in the Birmingham office of Punter Southall Aspire where he is responsible for a portfolio of existing clients and also the development of the service provided.

Andy holds the Investment Management Certificate and is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Nick Frankland

Principal, Edinburgh

Nick has worked in the pensions industry since graduating from Edinburgh University in 1985. He brings significant experience across a variety of different pensions environments, provider, industry, and consultancy.

Nick joined the Punter Southall Group in January 2007 and heads up the Punter Southall Aspire team in Scotland.

Caroline Gaines

Principal, York

Caroline started her career in financial services 19 years ago and joined the Punter Southall Group in 2016 following the acquisition of the firm where she had worked for over 14 years. 

As Principal of the York office, she manages a portfolio of long standing clients and works closely with a number of clients in the not-for-profit sector. 

Gavin Zaprzala-Banks

Principal, Guildford

Gavin first joined the Punter Southall Group in 2003. As Principal in our Guildford team, he is responsible for a broad range of employers covering areas such as scheme design and implementation.

Gavin is closely involved with the ongoing development of Punter Southall Aspire’s governance proposition and member communication programme.
